Acupuncture is an effective way to treat pain including headaches, sciatica, and fibromyalgia. It is also show to have positive effects in treating allergies, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Treatment may also include cupping, massage, heat therapy, and aromatherapy.

ACUPUNCTURE
initial consultation and treatment
Your current state of health is a culmination of past lifestyle, exposure to disease, and other environmental factors. An in-depth health review and an overview of health goals is discussed. Various improvements are considered to create an individualized approach in relationship to lifestyle, exercise, and food consumption habits. Herbal and vitamin supplementation may be recommended.

ACUPUNCTURE
follow-up treatment
A follow-up treatment addresses the initial complaint. It is an opportunity to discuss challenges in following existing recommendations. Changes may be suggested to any part of your treatment protocol. Acupuncture is typically performed. In the absence of urgent or emerging issues, a six-month follow-up after this issue is resolved is recommended. $85
ACU-FACIAL

Facial Rejuvenation is a good alternative for those who wish to reduce the signs of aging but do not want the side effects associated with a surgical facelift. In addition to full body acupuncture, needles are gently inserted into wrinkles to help cellular rejuvenation by stimulating collagen and elastin production. All though my early education, I had the fortune to excel in both art and science. Choosing to pursue a career as an Architectural Engineer promised to be a good choice. It was not. After working in the field for six years, I decided to make a change and get more out of my career than a salary.
After extensive exploration into many fields, I decided that holistic medicine would marry my talents through the science of diagnosis and the art of tailoring an individual treatment. My goal for your treatment is to find and address the root of your health concerns and help you make the necessary changes that will support wellbeing by creating a lifestyle you enjoy.
As someone who suffered with allergies since childhood that were unaffected by standard medical treatment, I have been able to greatly improve my own health by applying what I have learned. In addition to my training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I have accumulated over 100 hours of studies in nutrition. Further areas of study include chronic illness, autoimmunity, and mental health concerns. In 2018, I completed a 12-month certification in Functional Medicine Diagnosis. Recently, I received a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
